Entire Single Family home 3 bed 2 bath in water front big cozy back yard view

Beds are super comfortable. Quiet neighborhood.

With it being by the water there were many mosquitoes but the view was still pretty.

Everything!!! Comfort, spacious and cozy!!

There was nothing to not like!

Location. Safe neighborhood

We were supposed to be able to check in at 3:00 p.m. . Could not get in until 3:20. I text the owner and then finally called. The cleaners were still there cleaning the place up and that's why we couldn't get in. But they knew we were there so I think they rushed through their cleaning job. The floors whatever he mopped with we're very sticky every time we walked it made noise. The cupboards had everything labeled but nothing was inside of these. The house is very outdated. Definitely needs to be modernized. We Did see a German cockroach in the kitchen. And if there is 1 there are plenty.As far as the bowls and plates they all matched. But the coffee cups were all mismatched along with the silverware. I went to look for a baking dish so I could prepare dinner, there was not one anywhere in the house. I actually went to the neighbor's house and asked if I could borrow one. That was very embarrassing.When I went to put the garbage bag inside the garbage can that was by the street it was full of maggots on the outside. Inside the shower was a machine that dispenses shampoo conditioner and body wash. The shampoo and conditioner side was completely empty. It did have body wash in it though. The beds, pillows etc were not comfortable. Outside the backyard was a patio, with four chairs and a table. It was placed on a concrete slab that was extremely hot. You think they would have had an umbrella or something to block the Sun. The grill outside was very dirty, I would not be comfortable cooking anything on the grill. We do girls weekend about 4 or 5 times a year and in the past we have been really excited using booking.com. unfortunately, this was a total and complete let down. I do not recommend nor will I ever stay there again.

The house is very spacious, airy and clean and is in an attractive safe neighborhood not far from 441, the Turnpike and 95. Check-in was very easy. The driveway was more than big enough for our two SUVs. Motion detector lighting lit the path from the driveway to the front door. The yard was large and neat with a table and chairs to relax in. There is a large room facing the yard with additional kitchen appliances and a treadmill which we did not use. Tile floors throughout the house and a wide open floor plan were great for getting around in a wheelchair. The living room has very comfortable leather sofas. The beds were extremely comfortable. There was a ton of closet space and dresser space. There were extra blankets (very soft) and extra towels. We stayed in January and the heat was adequate. The washer and dryer were new and worked perfectly. They are in their own laundry room equipped with a folding table and a laundry basket. The showers had plenty of hot water with great water pressure. One shower had a handheld sprayer and the other had a good quality overhead shower head. There was a shower chair (stored in a closet) which was a godsend for one member of my family. The showers had dispensers with shampoo and conditioner. There were also small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen was a dream. The range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator were new. The coffee maker and kettle were great. There was adequate counter space (stone countertops) including a little island that functioned extremely well. There were plenty of dinnerware items, drinkware items and cooking utensils. There was an airy dinette with a large stone table and a large attractive storage unit that had a drawer at the bottom containing first aid items. Next to the storage unit was a roomba which worked very well.

There was nothing I disliked about the property. This was overall the best rental house I’ve ever stayed in. There were a couple of dead light bulbs and a smoke alarm was beeping when we arrived, but these issues were addressed quickly.

Well maintained and in nice community with spacious rooms and back yard. Lived the oversized parking area also.

Only thing it could use is maybe a gate out back to keep wildlife at bay.
