The size…very spacious, big balcony and kitchen, walking distance to cafes, comfy bed, great water pressure in shower, wonderful views, flat walking paths etc.
The ceiling fan was either cyclone or very little. Brighter lights in kitchen. Needed outdoor cushions for the furniture outside.

Huge apartment and also loved the huge balcony.Loved also it had tea and coffee etc. Very comfortable beds and lounge suite, lots of kitchen cupboards and well stocked. Also apartment like a 2 min walk to cafes etc which we loved, a nice quiet area, many thanks.
The colour scheme was very dark, a lot of brown, it needed a brighter colour esp being across the road from the sea.

dead cockroaches throughout, and the shower was leaking into the spare bedroom

Big verandah
Lift broke down and out of action. Elderly parents in wheelchair stuck on 4th floor in unit till fixed following day.
Kitchen floors tiles need replacing. All moving when walking on floor
