Clean. A grarage to park my car. No visitors upstairs, so our entire visit was quiet. Very close to a modern grocery store. Near the center of town. It had heat/ac.
I was lucky on check-in. A worker happened to be there cleaning when we arrived, so check-in was easy. Had that person not been there, I think I would have struggled to check-in.

Property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, modern, garages for car, beautifully maintained backyard. Apartment was so lovely.
