Localização, ambiente seguro. Equipe simpática do condomínio.
Chuveiro ruim, pouca água quente. Muito ruído externo da avenida e de sons que passam pela parede do vizinho.

The apartment is new and part of a gated community so very safe. It has a washing machine which is a great add-on for long-term travelers. The team is very friendly.
The AC in the bedroom wasn't enough to also cool down the living room so the living room was quite hot.
For people without a car, the beach could be far.

Condomínio super silencioso e tranquilo, apartamento bem localizado. Próximo de mercado, farmácia, posto. De frente para o Barra Shopping. Espaço interno todo novo e aconchegante, tudo limpinho e organizado.

Hermoso dpto! Está renovado por completo! Me encantó la decoración y todas las instalaciones de 10👌🏻.
Le falta un horno , o air fryer. Con eso queda súper completo. La distancia de las playas más lindas (lejos, nos manejamos en Uber)
