Fabulous

The apartment is fabulous. Lovely welcome from the owner, beautiful old part of town, we were skiing amd came home to Lovely warm apartment and hot showers. Whilst the apartment is old it has everything you could need. The stairs are more like a big ladder but it adds to the charm and there is a bed downstairs if you have mobility issues. Beautiful views of the apls, restaurants amd shops in walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Lovely rustic Italian villa. I felt at home. Roberto, the host, is a lovely person. He made sure everything was great. He gave us fresh eggs from his chickens and arugula from his own garden. I was hoping to extend our stay but he was already booked.

Exactly as the photos and the home owner is really kind and helpfull. Arrived quick when we needed some help. The appartment includes everything we needed and is on walking distance from restaurants and supermarket.

An amazing house! It's truly unique and cozy, with a breathtaking view of the mountains from the window. The home has a special charm and is full of history — there's a wonderful collection of vintage cameras and binoculars. The mattresses and pillows are very comfortable, and everything you might need for your stay is provided. The surroundings are just fantastic — nearby waterfalls, plenty of scenic hiking trails, excellent local cheese dairies, and a delicious restaurant! The host, Roberto, is incredibly kind, responsive, and an interesting person. It was a real pleasure to meet him.

The staircase to the second floor is quite steep, so be careful.

Very clean, tidy apartment with well equipped, convenient kitchen to cook all you need and two bathrooms. Pleasure to stay for 2 nights and would be even better for small family of 3 to 4 people.

Very bright, spacious apartment with two balconies

Very large, sunny appartment, could easily sleep a family of 4-5. We had it all to ourselves with two balconies, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms. There's also an espresso cooker and coffee. The host was very welcoming and nice. Pretty, little town. Very fair price!

Even though the apartment is in a small street in the historical center of the town and faces a courtyard (with chicken) in the back, the noise from the main street was a little loud.

Perfect 10++

Perfect for exploring lake Como and all attractions around it, the apartment is really functional and pretty, big kitchen with all the equipment you would ever need for cooking, you have washing maschine, dish washing maschine, 2 showers and 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, iron, hairdryer, everything is clean and perfect. It is best equipped apartment ever. Owner is a very kind man who showed us around and gave us advice about what to visit and how to get there. We had our peace and quiet and privacy but owner said that if we would need anything or have any problem to write. Thank you for all and we recommend to everyone and will recommend to everyone visiting this area!

The owner was so lovely - we had issues with our flights and arrived at 3am! He was on hand just in case we had issues! Access wasn't a problem, even though we arrived so late. The apartment is so big and well equipped. Payment by card at the property too which was great given we didn't have chance to get any euros out. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice apartment, very spacious and well fitted with everything needed! beautiful location and friendly host! very good value for money!

there are three small things that, if put right, would make this property perfect! The mattress in the main bedroom is not very comfortable because the cover has created horizontal folds which can be felt when trying to sleep - a mattress topper would solve the problem! The toilet seats don’t fit the toilets properly and move from side to side which makes your visit to the toilet slightly uncomfortable! There doesn’t seem to be a light on the downstairs balcony where the front door is and locking the door at night is a bit difficult without a torch! these are my suggestions, but I would still recommend the property to friends and I would go back myself!

It was a joy staying here!!

Roberto has a beautiful soul. He greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment. The place was already heated up for us☺️ His camera collection needs to be seen to be believed. He had plenty of time for us and told us all about the area. We will be back for sure!!

nous sommes arrivés et notre GPS nous amenés 20 m trop tôt et nous étions perdus mais notre hôte (francophone) joint par téléphone est venu nous chercher. C'est vraiment un logement de confiance ! logement spacieux, 5 lits, très bien chauffé malgré les T° extérieures. Nous recommandons !!!

Świat jest mały! Okazało się, że mamy wspólnych znajomych! Miejsce bardzo w porządku. Zatrzymaliśmy sie w drodze z Como do Wenecji. Blisko Carrefour, można nawet iść na piechotę (ok. 5-7 minut). Parking niedaleko mieszkania.

Ein authentisches altes Wohnhaus. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Ausstattung im Küchenbereich war problematisch. Es reichte gerade so, um sich etwas zuzubereiten. Entsprechend der Punktevergabe anderer Gäste war ich doch sehr verwundert über das, was ich vorfand. Ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich überhaupt eine Bewertung schreiben sollte, aber eine ehrliche Einschätzung ist hilfreicher für künftige Gäste.
