The area, flat and owners are very welcoming. It was my sanctuary while performing my mother's last rites on the south coast.
Air-conditioning would be amazing. There were quiet a few fans but AC in the bedrooms would put a cherry on the cake

The place is very neat, one of the most affordable, great service. The host is a very humble, considerate etc even though we didn't even meet in person. I would rate my experience a 11 out of 10,
