Nice and cozy. Easy access to the bus. Place was clean and very nice on the inside. Lots of room. The boot dryers were a nice touch.

Firewood seemed either buried in snow or not existent. Snow removal service didn’t come by the time we left (730/8am). Could be an issue for someone with a small car.

Not professional in communication, don't want to have to wrestle house codes out of someone...very

Very poor communication, we did not receive the key code as promised the day before or the day of the rental. I had to spend an hour on the phone getting access to the rental. @ days later we got flooded with emails about how to get in and what to do in Vail...not happy..

Nice place clean and quiet...

Well equiped with the thing to dry boots and gloves. Really quiet

Center heater, so or it's cold in the hose and you sleep good or it's warm and sleep bad. No wood to do fire...
