El dúplex está molt ben situat en un poble tranquil a 10 minuts de Colmar, a dos minuts caminant d'una boulangerie i una boucherie. També hi ha un supermercat a l'entrada del poble. L'apartament està molt net, és confortable i molt espaiós. Té tot el que un pot necessitar i plaça de parking al darrere.
No poder relacionar-te personalment amb el propietari és una mica fred, però que hi farem, no es pot tenir tot.

Geräumige, helle, super ausgestattete Wohnung im 2.Stock eines ruhigen, kleinen Hauses mit privatem Parkplatz im Hinterhof. Praktisch für einen Besuch in Colmar und der Weinstraße. Alles da! Danke für Kaffeekapseln, Madeleines, Salzbrezeln….
Wir haben das Video zur Erklärung nicht aufmerksam gelesen:Der Parkplatz und die Eingangstür befinden sich nicht an der Adresse, sondern hinter dem Haus gegenüber von 4, rue du Lieutenant Capelle (ins Navi eingeben!)

Küche - nur 2 Kochtöpfe
grosses Manko: Turmuhr schlägt viertelstündlich 24 Stnden am Tag. Große Beeinträchtigung der Nachtruhe. Diese Beeinträchtigung wurde in der Wohnungsbeschreibung nicht erwähnt.
Obergeschoss bei Hitze kaum nutzbar.
