Convenient and comfortable

The building is a half-block away from Plaza San Jacinto, with lots of shops and places to eat all around. The place is well-appointed and the room is very comfortable. Updated bathroom, with plush towels … and a washcloth! (Not typical, we’ve found.) There was a full kitchen on our floor—third floor if you’re counting in American—with a fridge available and some fixings for breakfast.

The hot water in the shower does not last long, which we’ve also found in other AirBnBs with on-demand water heaters. While the rooftop terrace has a nice seating area, the rest of it was a mess.

Finding the key to get in because it was on the street side of the gate not inside where I was hunting.

Good value, nice location, ok lodging. Nice rooftop terrace when others aren’t there.

Can’t beat the location, beautiful cobblestone street, beautiful park and great places to eat within short walking distance.

All the stairs, no elevator (it was in the description, so it’s fair. But still inconvenient especially when it’s hot). You have to walk through someone’s kitchen and someone else’s deck to get there. It seems like the space is to share but it’s not clear. The bed is too big for the room so you have to squeeze in on either side.

Safe, Quite, Beautiful and very Convinient

Amazing place in a very safe area. Very quiet. 5 min walk Walmart, Banos (steam room), parks, supermarket, restaurants - everything you need. The room was clean and has good space. The kitchen is perfect, all the utilities for making your own food. The roof terrace is great to rest, read book, i was practicing my yoga there - plenty of space. The house has a lovely cat, that is seeking for attention all the time - became good friends with him. The owner is always there to help and support you in everything you need.

The shower little bit old school. But it is nothing for all the rest you get. 30-40 min to center by taxi if you need to be close to the center - maybe it is not best option for you. I go to center 1-2 times per week - for me is perfect spot.

Schöne Anlage mit Dachterrasse in guter Lage

Das Zimmer und die ganze Anlage sind sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Aus dem Fenster konnten wir Kolibris an den schönen Blüten beobachten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Dachterrasse - dort sitzt man besonders gut und in der Küche gibt es alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung gibt es viele nette Cafés und Bars sowie einen Markt für Kunsthandwerk und diverse Museen.

Había personas que comentaron eran cercanas al dueño o dueña nada amigables!!!. No recomiendan al huésped con algún estacionamiento público por lo que el costo se incrementa mucho, deberían hacer algún convenio en pro del cliente foráneo.

No tengas expectativas tan altas solo por lo que ves

El hotel es muy bonito, es cómodo y práctico por cómo crearon el lugar, la zona y ubicación son tranquilos y coloniales.

No tuvimos televisión ni internet porque se fue la luz y regresó a muy altas horas de la noche. También hay muchos intermediarios y ya no supe realmente quién era el dueño porque pedí una extensión del check-out y en la salida ya me querían cobrar y se pusieron groseros.

No lo que esperábamos

Según había una sobre venta del lugar que hicimos la reserva. Nos mudaron a otro lugar, mucho más lejos de donde queríamos estar. El cuarto en si más o menos. El sábado había una disco/bar clandestino enfrente, con Regetton a todo volumen. Horrible! El colchón: horrible! Nos dolió todo el cuerpo y las dos noches no dormimos nada.

Ecléctico y bueno para descansar

La ubicación es excelente. La calle es silenciosa por las noches así que se puede descansar a gusto. La entrada de la casa llena de vegetación es acogedora y el gato que deambula es amigable. La cama es cómoda así como el baño recién remodelado ya que es una casa que poco a poco la van remodelado.

La distribución de la habitación no es totalmente funcional como en otros ABB u hoteles donde todo está integrado en un cuarto, ejemplo: El vestidor o clóset está lejos del baño y el escritorio está en un cuarto por el que tienes que pasar para llegar al baño pero no para ver la TV solo hay que estar en la cama porque el escritorio está en otro lado. Es cuestión de acostumbrarse pero sería bueno que en la siguiente remodelación lo consideran
