As camas são muito boas. A cozinha é bem funcional.
A localização é uma faca de dois gumes: na frente do mar e perto de tudo ❤️. Porém é próximo de muitos bares e restaurantes com música ao vivo até altas horas da noite 😏. Tem estacionamento, o que é ótimo, porém não é no prédio, é bem próximo mas pra quem pretende usar o carro com frequência é meio ruim pois é no sétimo andar e não tem elevador.

Apto 10/10, tratamento da Rosane impecável, estatura de quartos e utensílios de cozinha ótimos , de frente à praia, perto de tudo: supermercado, bares, restaurantes, farmácias, lojinhas para comprar lembrancinhas.
