Eccellente l'accoglienza; i gestori della struttura sono molto gentili e disponibili. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort; aria condizionata efficientissima ed elettrodomestici - grandi e piccoli - nuovissimi. Dal porticato antistante l'appartamento, dotato di tavoli e sedie, si gode di una splendida vista sulla campagna circostante. Anche la piscina, circondata dal prato e delimitata da alberi e siepi, è ottimamente integrata nel territorio. In 15 minuti si arriva a Capalbio e in circa mezz'ora si raggiunge il mare.
