Location. Lovely terrace and amazing views. Many hours of sunshine.
Six flights of steps up to the apartment as no lift. OK for us even though we are in our early seventies, but not if you have mobility issues. Washing crockery had to be done in bathroom as no sink and no washing machine.

La ubicación muy cercana a la Alhambra y al Albaicín.
El principal problema es que huele muchísimo a humedad. El olor es fuerte en la escalera y mucho más fuerte aún en el apartamento del piso 1. Además, la ducha de uno de los cuartos es muy incómoda ya que solo se puede abrir hacia fuera empapandose todo el baño cada vez que se usa.
