Studioul se află într-un complex imobiliar nou, pe Bd. Ghencea, vis-à-vis de stadionul Steaua. Este spațios, curat. Proprietarul a fost receptiv la solicitări.
Lipseau săpunul, gelul de duș (era o cremă), umerașe insuficiente. Le-am solicitat proprietarului, alături de un fier de călcat, a răspuns cu promptitudine. Patul și salteaua sunt inconfortabile, scârțâie la orice mișcare și se simt toate arcurile. Pernele sunt la fel, inconfortabile, de slabă calitate. Furtunul de la dușul din baie curge. Prizele sunt insuficiente. De asemenea, ar fi util un cuptor cu microunde, detergent de vase. Dotările bucătăriei sunt minimale. Pe scurt, amenajarea apartamentului de către dezvoltator este satisfăcătoare. Proprietarului i-aș recomanda să investească în lucruri mai de calitate pentru un confort sporit al oaspeților.

Apartament in bloc nou, bine utilat (este loc si de mai bine), in cartier cu circuit inchis (barieră), cu loc de parcare privat gratuit, cu un raport calitate/preț exceptional. Locatia este vis a vis de Stadionul Ghencea.
Ceva veselă, vase de gatit in plus nu ar strica.
