Kingsway Apartment

Warm, welcoming and extremely clean. Richard and Iona couldn’t be more hospitable and thoughtful. It’s evident in the lovely touches in the apartment - like the kitchen being stocked up with tea, coffee and condiments (if we wanted to cook) and there was even fresh milk in the fridge when we arrived. The ‘before arrival’ care, ‘during the stay’ care and the after care (lovely to have them see us off) were exceptional. It made a potentially impersonal stay just that much more pleasant and enjoyable. It also helps that the apartment is in a good location so getting there was easier than expected. And of course, parking is perfect too- so loading and unloading our luggage was breeze.

So much nicer than a hotel with far more to offer. The annex flat was well appointed with plenty of free parking and everything you would need for a stay. The hosts were very friendly and there was no problem with arriving a bit earlier than planned and there was no rush to leave the next morning. I slept well and the bed was very comfortable as was the living room sofa! Richard even dropped me off at my party venue in the evening to save me a taxi fare.

The shower temperature was a bit temperamental but Richard did explain they were waiting for a plumber to sort the thermostat out.

Spacious apartment within hosts property. Hosts, Richard & Iona are very welcoming & friendly and took time to show us around their apartment. Had everything we needed and a small outside seating area which was lovely. Excellent location to explore Hayling and the apartment is on a non busy residential road with road side parking. Thank you both for your kind hospitality and handmade cakes - delicious treats. Would definitely stay again.

Very cosy, welcoming and warm place - perfect for a winters night! The hosts were friendly and took the time to walk us around the facilities and took every opportunity to make sure we were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The sofa and the bed were so so comfortable
