Apartment DiSente with Sea view

Hello everyone! The host was extremely helpful and friendly; I was even able to check in earlier than indicated in the information email. The building is old but has been beautifully renovated. My family—including our cat—spent 10 nights here. I am very satisfied with everything. It was clean, well-equipped, and offered a wonderful view of the sea. We cooked and grilled almost every day, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The fridge is large and includes a three-drawer freezer. There was no microwave, but we didn't need one. Overall, the time spent here was fantastic, and I would like to express my sincere thanks to the host. Thank you.

As I described earlier, everything was in order—a clean, tidy house—and I cannot mention a single negative point.

Host super, servizi e pulizia ottimi, volendo potrebbe aggiungere un paio di piccoli elettrodomestici, tipo Tostiera e frullatore (ma proprio per avere tutto)... bella vista del mare dal balcone, bello lo spazio comune esterno per cene e BBQ. Ottimo avere il parcheggio sotto casa.

Great location, close to the city center. Clean apartment. Good communication with both the management office and the owner.

The Wi-Fi was advertised but was practically unusable. Although the bathroom drain was sealed, there was a persistent unpleasant sewage smell throughout our stay. The bedroom doors were very squeaky, which was especially disturbing at night. There was only one air conditioner, which was not sufficient to cool the entire apartment. The apartment is located on a busy street, so it was difficult to sleep with the balcony door open due to traffic noise. No microwave was provided.
