Pronajímaný byt se nachází ve druhém patře obytného domu. Jednotka umožní ubytování až 8 lidí. Od nás bylo ubytování využito na 4 noci. Pronájem byl perfektně připraven a je naprosto úžasný.Ubytování je vybaveno třemi ložnicemi s manželskými postelemi a rozkládací pohovkou v obývacím pokoji.Velmi mne překvapilo,že byl připraven a povlečen i rozkládací gauč. Kompletně vybavená kuchyně byla vybavena i myčkou nádobí. V bytě byla i automatická pračka. V kuchyni jsme nenašli mikrovlnnou troubu,která by se občas hodila.
K ubytování je připojeno pouze jedno parkovací místo. Přestože byla ostatní místa nevyužitá a pro hraní jejich dětí byla k dispozici velká travnatá plocha, nebylo nám nájemníky ostatních jednotek umožněno parkování druhého automobilu, který tak musel parkovat venku před bránou. Vzhledem k tomu,že se jedná o malé sídlo nebyl to velký problém. Televize v obývacím pokoji nešla zapnout zřejmě kvůli vybité baterii v dálkovém ovládání.
