Bel appartement bien situé.
Près du centre ville.
Joli salle de bain moderne.
Plein pied avec places de parking à proximité.
La propreté de certains appareils électroménagers comme le grille pain ..le.four...c'est dommage.
Pas.de climatisation et porte vitrée dans le salon...attention lors des séjours d'été .

Size of room, strong Wi-Fi, easy access and location suit our needs. Would very happily rent the property again in the future.
Coffee machine and TV was not working. Property would definitely benefit if has an air conditioning especially in hot summer days.

La proximité avec la faculté
Le chauffage fonctionnait très bien, ce qui a été appréciable.
En revanche, plusieurs points sont à améliorer : le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché, la cafetière contenait encore une capsule usagée et son manche était cassé. Le logement était également assez bruyant.
Enfin, la qualité des couverts était insuffisante, notamment les couteaux qui ne coupaient pas.
