Spanish Steps Glamour & Sauna Luxury apartment ****

Great location in the center of Rome! Very close to the Spagna metro which takes you to all important locations in Rome including the termini hub. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and air conditioned. It was well stocked with full kitchen, bathroom and even provided drinks and water in the mini fridge! Very close to good restaurants like pasta Urbana which had delicious homemade pasta and great for take away. Located a few minutes from the Spanish steps, clothing stores, grocery stores and pharmacies. Host was kind when showing us the accommodation.

The wifi wasn’t connecting very well in some areas of the apartment like the bathroom, bedroom and shower area.

Posizione eccellente nel centro di Roma, vicino via condotti e piazza di spagna , riservato e a due passi da locali e negozi di abbigliamento di lusso, monumenti e musei.

O wifi não funcionou em nenhum momento. Além disso, o sinal de internet dentro do apartamento não era bom, pois ficava somente um tracinho. Ademais, tinha uma janela quebrada na sala, que somente vi depois que abri e ainda tive o desprazer de receber uma mensagem do booking.com informando que o propiretário havia dito que eu tinha quebrado. E o pior: ainda me acusou de "roubar" os lençois, o que é uma coisa tão absurda que se fosse no Brasil eu ajuizava uma ação contra uma pessoa dessas mal intencionada. NÃO RECOMENDO! JAMAIS VOLTARIA A FICAR NESTE APARTAMENTO. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all. Furthermore, the internet signal inside the apartment was poor, showing only a single bar. In addition, there was a broken window in the living room, which I only noticed after opening it, and I even had the displeasure of receiving a message from Booking.com stating that the owner had said I had broken it. And the worst part: they even accused me of "stealing" the sheets, which is so absurd that if this happened in Brazil I would file a lawsuit against such a malicious person. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I would never stay in this apartment again.
