The owner is very kind and helpful. The location is a couple of minutes from city centre and highway. Although it's an apartment, you hardly hear nor see any neighbours! The bed was very comfortable.
When we arrived it was warm, but when you open the windows it will cool down.

La vue sur Nancy et environ est absolument magnifique de jour comme de nuit ! L'appartement est globalement bien équipé. Une salle de bain, une salle d'eau (douche spacieuse) et un WC séparé. L'arrivée est autonome. Il y a un arrêt de bus à proximité immédiate (Messier) sur la ligne T4 qui va au centre en direct. Pratique.
Le mobilier est usé ou cassé (frigo, éléments de cuisine, tiroirs, meubles, seuil de porte...). Le confort de la literie est moyen. La propreté doit être améliorée surtout à la cuisine. Pas de volet ou store à la cuisine. Résultat: on chauffe tout l'appartement dès qu'il y a du soleil. Petite déception dans la salle de bain: ni le bain à remous, ni les jets de la douche ne fonctionnent. Nous n'avons pas trouvé de code pour le WIFI ?... Les places de parking sont limitées... A défaut, on peut trouver au alentour...

Sommige spullen waren kapot, zoals de salontafel en keukenkastjes. Gordijnen waren afgeknipt.
