L’appartement est très fonctionnel, spacieux et la vue est superbe. Adrien est très réactif, présent quand il faut tout en restant discret. Très bon rapport qualité /prix.

La vue panoramique, le calme de l’immeuble malgré le nombre d’habitants, l’appartement est bien chauffé l’hiver parce qu’il semble être du chauffage collectif, et je vois que le propriétaire a renforcé les lattes des deux sommiers défectueux, ce qui fait plaisir. Excellent rapport qualité prix. de plus, l’immeuble est bien sécurisé par plusieurs gardiens, donc malgré le fait que l’immeuble soit populaire, on est en sécurité
Passer 17h, il est très compliqué d’avoir une place au sein de la copropriété, pas de commerces proches sauf une délicieuse pizzeria : « boufflers » et une station service où l’on peut effectuer quelques achats pour grignoter
