Powitanie przez gospodarza, dobry kontakt, miła rozmowa i udzielenie kilku wskazówek. Duży, przestronny apartament, czystość, wyposażenie, ogród.
Lokalizacja - tylko dla osób z własnym samochodem, długi dojazd z głównych dróg ale z drugiej strony - niezwykle cicha i spokojna okolica, z pięknymi widokami.
