掃除が行き届いていて清潔だった。 キッチンの蛇口の出し方に戸惑い管理会社に電話して尋ねましたが、応対がとても感じ良かった。 キッチンの細かい器具や、付属の用具など、分かりやすく収納してあり良かった。
洗面所内にタオルをかけるための、折りたたんでおけるようなハンガーががあると良かった。風呂へ入った人が使ったタオルを洗濯機の上にどんどん積み重ねる感じになってしまったので。 駐車場に入る時の段差が「Hステップワゴン」の下部に当たって音がした。傷とかにはならなかったが、もう少しなだらかな段差だと良いと思います。
