location size and modern fixtures.
A lot of homeless people lingering outside, fans in bedrooms didn’t work, light switch over stairs is in the middle so you have to either go down 5 steps in the dark or down 5 steps in the dark to turn it on, which can be dangerous. Lots of stairs to access

The property was a truly beautifully renovated old brick building. The furnishings and decoration were amazing. It was very spacious and comfortable. it was close to a small grocery store, a pharmacy, stores and restaurants.
I wish the description would include more details about the existing appliances. We did not know that there was a normal coffee maker, which would’ve enabled us to bring filter and coffee to brew our coffee ourselves.
We also did not find the washer and dryer.

Plenty of space. Great location -walking distance to most attractions. Great breakfast restaurants close by.
Poorly insulated for sound. Noise from apartment above woke everyone from 5.30am. 2. Cockroaches in one of the bedrooms - we’re not used to these!!! AC fans not working. Luckily weather not too humid. Quite shabby decor - frayed cushions. No maps, information on area, local restaurants supplied.

The apartment was lovely, spacious, well appointed. Great position, close to main attractions.
There weren’t enough water glasses, could have done with a kettle but managed with the microwave to heat water for tea. Would have been nice if there had been a couple of coffee pods for the machine.
The second double bedroom aircon wasn’t working and we couldn’t get any ceiling fans to work. Also the second double bedroom didn’t have any bed side lights. Our guest in the bunk bedroom said it was very cold.
