Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist genial. Alle zu Fuss erreichbar.

Location and the management of the complex.
The only thing that was a negative was the lack of air con in the bedrooms. We visited at a very hot time, and it was almost impossible to have a comfortable nights sleep.

We loved the location right opposite Little Cove Beach. The apartment complex has recently had a renovation of the pool area and exterior grounds and it is very nice. From our apartment you could see the ocean through the trees and the overall feel was lovely. A 5 min walk to Hastings Street and easy access to the National Park walk which we did daily. Would come back again but I'd pick an apartment that had been updated.
Apartment 10 was feeling very tired and was overdue for renovation with dirty flooring and grout, old furniture, and quite a lot of mold in the bathroom and on the roof above one of the showers. Honestly, the most disappointing was the couch, it was disgusting so we avoided sitting on it during our stay. We noticed many of the other apartments are either currently being updated or have been renovated already so once renovated, this apartment would be a 10/10!
