The office was open until about 7pm which was handy for the flight delays, and I think there was a box outside to collect them out of hours if needed. Staff were friendly, and the process was efficient The building was really quiet compared to what I thought it would be, and the room generally stayed really warm with no heaters on a lot of the time. Surprisingly powerful shower, and it was good to be able to close the sliding door between the bunk bed area and the living areas where I slept. We had some missing items on the inventory when we arrived, but a member of staff from the agency did bring replacements quickly. They also provided a small welcome pack with some cleaning products which was useful. The building has nice lockers for snow gear on the ground floor, and the number 13 bus stop is right outside the path from the building. Really close to Val Claret lower ski lifts etc., and local shops. Good value for money in a super location

Regarding cleanliness, I think it is a case of people cleaning as they leave, and the company perhaps coming in at some point to check it. It could have been cleaner when we arrived (including the shared corridors etc), but after we went over it, we were happy enough. The kitchenette is really small, and does not have a kettle (??!!), but there were a good amount of plates and pans etc. The corner unit with plates in is fairly useless, and it would help to have more worktop space there or a high table to prep food on. I have food intolerances so ate in all week, but if you were eating at restaurants a lot it would be more than enough, and the fridge was a good size, with a small freezer shelf. Overall the room is pleasant, and we were comfortable there, but the whole thing really needs a freshen up, and maybe some new blankets etc. or for these to be swapped/ cleaned more regularly. I struggled to find the office for a while, I am not sure if that was my Google maps though. It is a bit of a pain now that the bottom Val Claret stop has been closed for transfer buses, so if you are staying here, it is probably easier to take your bags down and round the end of town if the town centre lifts are not working, and have someone else go up to get the keys.
