New Brunswick NJ Master Bedroom with private bath

I appreciated the comfortable room and the living room with a sizeable couch. The restrooms are fully equipped with soup and shampoo, laundry room with detergent, and kitchen with soap and dishes along with microwave and refrigerator and oven appliances. Furthermore, the owner comes every day to greet guests and empty the trash. The location is not far from Rutgers, the train station, and downtown New Brunswick. Also, parking near the house on Oak Street is free and requires no permit.

The air conditioning was too cold on the side of the house with rooms three and four. It would be better if air conditioning were more evenly distributed throughout the house. I also wish I were informed by the owners that the trash can can be emptied into the larger trashcan in the garage.

The private bathroom and the accommodation of a fan. Clean & quiet environment, like a home away from home.
