The location meets expectations, featuring many amenities and a well-equipped kitchen

I will not deduct anything from the overall score because everything else was fine, but it is absolutely necessary for the location to have screens installed on the windows for insect protection or to have mosquito repellent devices available to ensure a peaceful sleep. Given the blood-stained walls, I believe others have also had sleepless nights... The door of the bedroom with the bunk beds needs to be repaired; it doesn't close properly and must be forced both to open and to close, and if you go to the bathroom at night, it makes a terrible noise.

Beautiful location with views from the pool area and the roof terrace. Very quiet and only a few nearby neighbours. The property is a modern construction with a large fully stocked (crockery/cutlery) kitchen and each bedroom has it's own private bathroom. Plenty of sockets in bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas for all our devices. Large living room and dining area, great outside bbq and lots of indoor/outdoor seating. Lots of storage space in bedrooms and clothes hangers provided. Great washing machine and tumble dryer on site. Loved the covered car port (space for three medium sized cars), which kept our cars cool when not in use. Felt very secure with the electric gates and had the ability to properly lock up when leaving for day trips. Not very far from local towns and villages and great access to motorway routes. Modern, clean and bright house which was easy to keep clean with tiled floors (cleaning cupbaord had everything you need - brushes, mop bucket etc to keep everything clean). Loads of fridge/freezer space which was great for a large party. The window shutters provided great security and you could switch them so the little air vents were open to provide airing for the house at night, so as not to let insects in.

No installed air conditioning. There are small portable units provided in most areas of the house but they only seemed to recycle the air and didn't blow cold (however, no instructions we could find, so we cannot be 100% sure we were using them correctly!). It did get very hot and stuffy at night. I would also suggest providing mosquito nets for the bedrooms as we all (11 guests) were bitten extensively at night depsite having all doors and windows closed as much as possible. The road down to the property is a rough track which wasn't great when using a hire car. Wifi very patchy at times i.e. could not stream a film very well. We managed quite well with using all the available appliances but the property information booklet could do with updating with how to use them. We couldn't get the kitchen extraction fan to work. Pillows were absolutely rubbish so if you don't sleep well without a good pillow, you should take your own. The negatives written here did not spoil our stay in any way and are noted here as suggestions.
