Gem of a place.... perfect

Perfect little gem in such an amazing location. Literally 10 minutes walk from the port and very close to the town centre. Very well kitted out apartment and bed was lovely and comfortable. I read some of the reviews which were very helpful especially with regards to the SatNav which people said took them up to the wrong end of the street so their feedback prevented that. Very peaceful and relaxing. A very quirky little place and we will definitely be returning. Laura's communication was fantastic.

I understand the need to protect a mattress with a waterproof cover but it appeared to have a plastic covering and was really noisy. I would suggest you opt for a better one which would be less noisy but having said that, it's my only niggle so that can't be too bad. We were told to put the rubbish out which we did but we couldn't find an outside bin to put it in so we hag no option but to put it by the door in the courtyard.

Simply lovely

This is the reason we say, never judge a book by its cover. The approach and courtyard made us think oh. Then you open the door to one beautiful studio room with absolutely everything you need and so very clean. Laura i spoke to was so lovely. One minute from bars and restaurants. Would most definitely book again. Thank you Laura.

L'emplacement est vraiment idéal pour aller à la mer et au centre-ville à pieds sans voiture (~15 à 20min) 👍👍 Et non précisé sur l'annonce, mais au besoin un Lidl et un bon Restaurant à ~5min en voiture 👍 Malgré le studio de 27m², on ne se sent pas étouffé, ça reste spacieux et agréable 👍 Fenêtres oscillobattantes 👍 Appartement après une cour donc ne donne pas sur la rue passante 👍 Petit frigo avec une petite partie congélateur, pratique 👍 Assez de vaisselles, sel, poivre, éponge neuve + produit vaisselle et savon pour les mains fournis 👍 Le fait que les draps et les serviettes soient fournies est appréciable 👍 Le système de récupération et dépôt des clés par un boîtier à codes est très pratique 👍👍

Absence de volets donc des rideaux OCCULTANTS sont ESSENTIELS!! 😒😒 Marches des escaliers trop hautes, ce qui complique leur montée!! 😏 Un réajustement de celles-ci serait la bienvenue!! 👍👍 Papier toilette marqué comme fourni mais INFORMATION FAUSSE, un seul rouleau est fourni et on doit en acheter nous-mêmes, si pas suffisant!! 👎😒 Au prix d'un rouleau et des informations fournies, ça fait radin et mensonger donc mettez assez de rouleaux pour la durée du séjour de vos clients ou changez votre description, qu'on prévoit avant notre arrivée! 👍😒👎 + Un Rouleau d'essuie-tout, Essentiel à l'usage dans une cuisine 👍👌 Absence d'une fixation au mur pour y accrocher la pomme de douche, détail essentiel pour le confort et la praticité! 👍😏 Manque d'une armoire pour y ranger ses vêtements 👍👎 (Déjà réclamée dans vos commentaires!) Pour ma part, j'ai rencontré des problèmes de propreté à mon arrivée : Sol pas nettoyé, toiles d'araignée au dessus du lit et dans la salle de bain, certaines vaisselles et bac à couverts et couverts sales, meuble sous évier plein de résidus noirs et non nettoyé, pomme de douche marron, plaque du congélateur sale....! 👎😒👎 Et je rajouterais que laisser toute la vaisselle à l'air libre et donc en proie à la poussière, n'est vraiment pas hygiénique à mes yeux.... 😏👎 *20€ de frais de ménage obligatoire à payer et malgré les nombreuses photos preuves que j'ai envoyées à Laura, aucun geste sur le prix, ce qui aurait été la moindre des choses et de l'honnêteté de sa part!! 😒😳👎 Au lieu d'un simple "merci de me le dire, je vais voir avec le prestataire du ménage et en changer s'il faut!" Sachant que j'ai découvert que c'est Elle qui le fait donc mensonge de plus!!😳👎 Oui et en attendant??? 😳🤔 Je suis arrivée dans un logement sale et non présentable à un client et j'ai vécu une semaine dedans!!

Authentische Unterkunft

Sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet, in der Küche gut ausgestattet, Bett bequem. Die stadtnahe Lage, nahezu direkt am Hafen ist sehr praktisch für fußläufige Exkursionen nach Dieppe. Parken mit Glück direkt in der Straße, sonst am Hafen auf kostenfreiem Parkplatz. Bäcker, Lebensmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Richtig französisch halt, keine Touriecke, was ich sehr mag. Die Vermieterin ist gut erreichbar und engagiert. Ruhig im 1. OG an einem Innenhof gelegen, der, für sich betrachtet, kein Highlight ist, aber ok. Die schmale steile Wendeltreppe und 2 Stufen in die Wohnung waren für mich ok, für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung eher nicht empfehlenswert. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen wollen.
