Precioso, moderno, limpio y muy bien ubicado. Camas comodas, menaje de cocina super completo, buena conexión wifi, garaje… un 10!!

Nada, todo perfecto!

Pros: The location is great (15 min from Pal Arinsal), and the apartment was clean, quiet, and felt safe. About a 10 minute walk to a couple small grocery stores and a few restaurants were nearby. Beautiful views from the balcony.

Cons: - Hard to initially find the building - Google Maps took us to the wrong location. Then once we got the keys from the lock box, hard to find the unit because the numbers by the door were so faded - had to ask another tenant. Perhaps a map or diagram would be helpful? - There is parking space in a garage below the building, but it is so tight for even a normal sized sedan that we ended up parking on the street. - For the keys, you have to use keys to lock the apartment from the inside, which is fine, except that if someone takes the key with them and locks the door from the outside when they leave, if anyone is in the apartment without a key they are locked in. This is a security and safety hazard. - There was only 1 small roll of toilet paper, which with a family of 5, was gone before our first morning, and we didn’t realize there wasn’t any extra. The closest stores to buy more didn’t open until 9 am. Perhaps the hosts can put a sign in the bathroom or in the welcome email that guests will need to buy their own toilet paper. - There were no pillow cases or duvet cover for the bedding for the pullout sofa. Perhaps housekeeping forgot this? - The checkout procedure was the most extensive we've ever seen, with a threat to charge €50 if you don’t do it: Remove all bedding, fold it, and place neatly in bathroom, wash and put away all of the dishes (not just load the dishwasher and run it), take out all the garbage (but didn't have instructions on where to throw it away - we walked down the street until we found a dumpster at another building). - Pillows should be replaced - most of them were quite lumpy. - The dining room chair upholstery was all badly stained.
