We had a challenging start communicating with the host given there are different layers - booking ¨platform - check my guest platform , in the end the host was very supportive kind and shared a video of step by step
difficult communication, the emails we send via booking .com are not read by the host directly which makes misunderstanding frequent - the numbers on the platform of booking.com where not valid - once we reached the host all was very very smooth.
one challenging aspect was the garage we could not mange having our car fitting on the electric car elevator nor operating it.

Instalações bem novas e espaçosas, ideal para 6 pessoas, decorada com muito bom gosto.
Extremamente sujo. Poeira por todos os lados, teias de aranha nos lustres, sofás e poltronas contaminados com ácaros. Toalhas de banho e lençóis de baixa qualidade, não condiz com o nível e preço do apartamento.
