The house was delightful. It was spotless and fresh. Every detail was done to perfection. For example, the towels and linens were all the highest quality. The house looked newly renovated. There is a very inviting deck with umbrella and patio furniture, but we did not use it because we kept too busy. Beds were comfortable. The master bathroom had a great walk-in shower and a double sink. Soap, lotion, paper towels, plenty of tp, k-coffee pods, tea bags and more were supplied. We had easy access to downtown Louisville via I-264. We had a lovely lunch at the Brasserie Provence. The kitchen has the necessities if you want to prepare meals at the house, but we wanted to be lazy, so we ate out.
the house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and close to many shopping centers.
Churchhill downs cancelled all horse races due to the investigation into multiple horse deaths. Obviously not the fault of the rental property.

Everything was clean the staff was nice they had all the bedding ready and clean also had towels it was basically ready to live in.
