Ho soggiornato al Tulip Inn e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. La struttura è accogliente, pulita e ben organizzata. La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e curata nei dettagli, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata fuori. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare e a far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. Anche la colazione è stata ottima, con una buona varietà di prodotti freschi. La posizione dell’hotel è comoda e permette di muoversi facilmente nei dintorni. Consiglio sicuramente questo hotel a chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole, tranquillo e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Location was very good, about 15-20 minutes from the Haram. Large, clean and well furbished room, lovely comfy beds and kettle with tea, coffee etc. Staff were very helpful and polite. Cafe and shopping mall on site, spacious masjids for men and women and easy to find, clean public toilets. Ther was a free bus regularly from the hotel to the bus parking near the mosque formthose unable to walk far.

The published price, which was on the Booking.com website changed after booking to almost twice as much. We would have changed, but there wasn't anything else available. This did lead to a fairly heated discussion at reception, the staff stayed super polite and it wasn't their fault, but it did leave an unpleasant taste. Also they didn't indicate that the parking was at payment on the booking. We discovered this when we went to park and then had to pay at reception again. Would stay there again as the location and facilities were good, but lesson learned to fully check all details when confirming the booking and the price actually being charged
