The facilities of the building were great - the gym, pool and spa were 10/10 and such a treat. The apartment was well equipped. It was very secure and in a good location, approximately 10 mins walk to the centre of San Telmo.

The apartment itself needs a little TLC and wasn’t super clean. We would have liked more fresh towels and linen given the length of our stay. We found the host to be difficult to deal with when it came to payment and were charged an extra 16% than the amount we booked with booking.com. We had to arrange for a bank transfer and were given incorrect details which led to delays with the payment and ultimately it being rejected, in the meantime we were hassled constantly by the host. Our check-out experience was quiet unpleasant, with the host sending someone to rush us out before the agreed check-out time - they came in taking videos of the condition of the apartment and checking all of the electric appliances were working as we were trying to grab our bags which seemed very unnecessary.
