Everything with the property was good and it was on the beach side. The check in process is not good at all. We arrived at the hotel and there is no one working there. No office. So we were looking back at our booking notes and there was no mention of how to get into your room. We walked around a bit and there was a note hanging by the stairs that instructs guest to go to another location a couple miles away to pick up the room key. There is no message during the booking process to tell you this and we literally drove by the key pick up location on the way to the property. We saw a family with a kid sitting there at the property trying to figure this out and they had to do the same thing. As did a number of other people. A simple note during the booking process would solve this.

Great view of the ocean from a distance. The property was on the far end of the promenade and all of the activity so it was quiet and peaceful.

Great location, open the doors and watch the ocean all night. Doon walking was great and everything was like a very expensive getaway within our budget. Loved it
