About this apartment rental
Whether you are on vacation or on a work related trip, our carefully furnished unit will provide you rest, comfort and functionality. Join the health professionals, college students, and work specialists visiting town for work assignments, studies, and pleasure. Be close to the main activities: Restaurants, grocery stores, 3 minutes away. The 2 hospitals: 4-7 mins. Our guests will be close to Downtown Anderson (6 minutes), Clemson University (18 miles), and downtown Greenville (27 miles).
The space
Our 990 sf apartment is peaceful and functional. Our spacious dinning and living room will promote the needed relaxation. Master's bedroom with en-suite four piece bathroom; plus good sized walking closet. The second room has contiguous private four piece bathroom. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen and private laundry-room.
Guest access
You are in charge of the entire apartment. Plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, gyms, gas stations; all within a few minutes drive.
Other things to note
Downtown Greenville, a vibrant and beautifully developed city, is only 40 minutes from our apartment. For those that love sports, the home the Clemson's Tigers is only 25 minutes away. If the weather is right, you may want to visit one of the many swimming spots in our vast and diverse Hartwell Lake, just a few minutes drive.

We had the most perfect time with our stay. Victor is the best communicator I have seen in an owner. He responds immediately to your questions and he checks in with you to ensure you are pleased with the accommodations or to see if you need anything. Linens are new and essentials are provided. The unit is older, but very clean and well maintained. The building is part of an apartment complex that is set back off a winding country road. The area was really quiet. We found it fresh and very comfortable for our busy weekend stay.

This was my first time using Vrbo. I was very impressed. Victor property manager answered all my questions and made sure we had everything we needed. If you need a placecto stay, this is it.
