About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a recently built complex in the picturesque centre of Orosei.
The two-room apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a single sofa bed and an equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. Inside you will find all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home: air conditioning, TV, kitchenette equipped with crockery, cutlery, microwave, washing machine, hair dryer, covered and equipped patio or veranda.
If you need anything, you can go to the reception office at the Hotel Maria Rosaria, which is open every day.
Check-in is available every day from 17:00 to 20:00. Check-out is scheduled by 10:00 am. Arrivals after 20:00 must be notified to the property in advance. In the event of non-communication, reception cannot be guaranteed and a supplement of € 50.00 may be charged. Arrivals after 22:00 are subject to a surcharge of € 20.00.
Your stay includes: electricity, water and gas, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a supply of bed linen and towels, use of the swimming pool (from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.) with solarium equipped with loungers and parasols at Hotel Maria Rosaria (distance: 700 metres).
Upon arrival, you will have to pay some obligatory costs:
DEPOSIT: € 150.00 refundable at the end of your stay after an inspection of the state of the apartment.
CITY TAX: to be paid in cash, compulsory in the town of Orosei. The amount may vary according to the period of the year.
Four-legged friends are allowed in our facility (max. 10 kg). Their access is not allowed in the common areas. There is an extra cleaning fee of € 30.00 for their stay.
We remind you that the cleaning of the kitchenette and the disposal of waste is the responsibility of the guest. In the event of failure to clean the kitchenette or to dispose of waste, you will be charged a penalty fee.
