Welcome to the "Südjuwel" vacation rental—a bright, lovingly furnished retreat for up to four people that offers you the perfect combination of comfort, sunshine, and relaxation. The 45 m² apartment is located on the 4th floor of Building I in the vacation park. Thanks to the elevator, it’s easy and convenient to reach.
A special highlight is the sunny balcony facing southeast. Here, you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine as early as mid-morning while having a leisurely breakfast and start your day in a relaxed way. The sun accompanies you until late in the afternoon, creating the perfect setting for restful vacation moments.
The cozy living and dining area invites you to unwind after an eventful day. Here, you’ll find a flat-screen smart TV with Amazon Prime. There are also TVs in the separate master bedroom and in the children’s room. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, while the separate children’s room features a bunk bed, offering young guests their own little retreat.
The modern bathroom features a toilet and a comfortable shower stall. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for a pleasant stay: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, a multifunction microwave with convection and grill functions, and a dishwasher. A washing machine and free Wi-Fi are, of course, also available.
A wide variety of vacation activities awaits you outside the apartment as well. The vacation park offers numerous activities for all ages—from shopping and dining options to the “Aktiv-Hus” with a swimming pool, sauna, and wellness area, as well as a children’s play area. Behind the vacation park, you’ll also find a free parking lot, a playground, and a soccer field. There are various bike parking areas at the front and back of the building.
Its location makes the “Südjuwel” an ideal starting point for your Baltic Sea vacation. The sea and the inland lake are practically right on your doorstep. The approximately 4-kilometer-long sandy beach is only about 500 meters away and can be reached quickly and easily with a short walk along the pretty promenade. The Old Town and the harbor are also well worth a visit. You can reach both, for example, with a roughly 30-minute walk along the inland lake or by taking a leisurely stroll along the beach promenade toward the pier.
Nature lovers will also find plenty of beautiful options. From the beach, you can hike westward directly along the Baltic Sea and soon reach the impressive cliffs. Here, you’ll find plenty of nature, fresh Baltic Sea air, and wonderfully peaceful moments away from the hustle and bustle.
