*Open space with a balcony and amazing pool view.
*located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass
*minutes from the beach and all main attractions!
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics.
*Condo sleeps up to 6 guests.
*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.
The Space:
*2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Very spacious condo.
*1 Queen bed, 2 full beds and 1 pullout sofa in the living room.
*Washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics. *Dining area open to living room.
*Large balcony with beautiful pool view.
*Sheets and linens provided.
*Free WiFi and cable TV available.
*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are provided for showers only.
Guest Access:
*Shared outdoor pool in the back of the building. (Small Pool only!!)
*(Pools will be closedown in winter time and due to weather)
*Free parking on property (please notify host how many vehicles you have and note that motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises)
*NO MAILBOX for this location.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. 10 minutes from airport, 5 minutes from Broadway at the beach, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

Car, taxi, Uber
Other Things to Note:
*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.
*Must climb stairs.
* Small pool only in the back of the building is for guests to use. no wristbands required. (Big pool is not included)
*Please review my house rules.
*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furniture, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.
*NO mailbox for this location.
*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)
*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
*condo is inspected prior to your arrival to make sure all is clean and working properly. please contact me immediately for any questions or concerns.

It's a great place to stay. Close to the beach, Broadway on the beach, Convention center and the boardwalk. Just far enough to have a quiet safe place to stay. Very clean and comfortable for 6.

Property needed to be cleaned up - power wash the sidewalks and pick up trash. Unit had some issues that the owner did resolve. The unit needed some final touches with cleaning - found some dust and the sliding door was not cleaned. The kitchen needed some additional items like bowls to mix stuff and some other baking ware. A can opener would have been nice and again just normal stuff needed to cook in the kitchen. Not all meals are eaten out during Vacation.
