Just minutes from great locations. This 2 bedroom home has 2 queen size beds, 3(50 inch) TVs, and all the peacefulness you need. Downtown central city just minutes away. Noda just a short walk and plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. If you’re going to a basketball game or a football game, this is the place to be.

Easy parking in driveway. Couldn't ask for a better location in town. Home is older and has some quirks, but very charming. Beds was incredibly comfortable.

Host was responsive. Walkable location to several places to eat and drink. Was perfect for a weekend trip.

Pros - Great location for concert at spectrum center. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but it’s in an up and coming area. The inside was updated as best as it could be, it’s an older house. Coffee and creamer for keurig was available. Alarm was inside but no instructions on how to use it. Cons - Doors were dirty, paint was peeling in kitchen, on ceilings. Bathroom shower wasn’t sealed correctly, so there was mold. Under the kitchen sink there was a lot of bug repellant and a mouse trap. If that bothers you…No table lamps in living room, so bright light was on. No water in fridge.
