- 4 bedrooms, all on the upper floor: one with 1 double bed, another with 1 double bed, another with 2 90-cm beds and one 105-cm bed, and another with 2 90-cm beds.
- 3 bathrooms.
- Spacious living room with a sofa bed and fireplace.
- Fully equipped kitchen and a second refrigerator.
- Air conditioning with a heat pump (cooling and heating) in all bedrooms and the living room.
- Wi-Fi and a space for remote work.
- Two balconies with ocean views.
- Two private gardens: one at the entrance and another in the back, with a barbecue and outdoor furniture.
- Two private parking spaces.

- Bedding and towels included.
RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX Included with the house: the two community pools, as well as the adult and children’s pools at Puerto Rey, the tennis court, and the multi-sport court. Seasonal pools, open from March 1 to October 31. All other nearby sports facilities require a fee.
THE AREA
Quiet residential area. Within walking distance are Puerto Rey Beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, and beach bars. Mojácar, Garrucha, and the Cabo de Gata Natural Park are just a short drive away.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in from 6:00 PM to midnight and check-out by noon. Self-check-in via a key locker: the code is sent upon completing online check-in. If you prefer, we can welcome you in person.
PLEASE NOTE
There is a step at the entrance, and the bedrooms are upstairs (accessible only by stairs). Final cleaning is charged separately. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
