Welcome to our modern vacation home (townhouse) in Kölpinsee, newly built in 2022, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Spanning 94 m², the home features a well-thought-out layout and stylish interior design. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright living room with an open kitchen, and a sun terrace with a garden invite you to relax and unwind.
Central yet quiet location: The fine-sand beach, the train station, and the bakery are all just a few minutes’ walk away. Numerous bike racks are available on the grounds of the Bernsteinquartier.
Wi-Fi and a parking space are available free of charge. The initial supply of bed linens and towels is included in the total price. Pets are not permitted in this property.

Beachfront vacation home with 2 bedrooms and a terrace:
This modern vacation home in Kölpinsee, newly built in 2022, accommodates up to 4 people and features a well-thought-out layout and attractive interior design. Spanning 94 m², you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. Two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms ensure plenty of privacy, even for 4 guests.
On the first floor is an open, bright kitchen fully equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, as well as a large dining table with six chairs. From there, you can access the cozy living area, which features a couch, armchairs, a table, and a QLED TV. Also on the first floor is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a high-quality double bed and a wardrobe. Another bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet provides additional comfort. Pleated blinds are installed on the windows; some windows also have insect screens.
The sun terrace, complete with patio furniture and a small garden, is accessible from the living room—ideal for enjoying your vacation.
Upon arrival, the beds are made, and bath mats, dish soap, paper towels, a kitchen towel, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, and a laundry rack are provided.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
