Private pool & beach, launch a kayak or go for a bay swim from the backyard. Go out early & look for the dolphins. Sometimes YOU CAN LITERALLY SEE THE dolphins from the living room sofa. Ride a bike to the James Farm Reserve or Fresh Pond Trail. Tired of the private beach? 6 min drives to both Bethany & Delaware state park beaches. 20 min to Rehoboth. Tons of restaurants bars & activities nearby.
The entire Condo is yours. No pets allowed in this condo.
* Note this Condo is also right above a second condo which also sleeps 6. Rent both and sleep up to 12 people. The downstairs condo allows a single 25 LBs or smaller pet.

I really enjoyed the stay. The listing had everything as described. I was able to enjoy the bay as well as a quick bike ride to the beach.

Great location accessible to the beaches easily. We had three cars parking was no problem. Needs to update kitchen amenities (needs better knives, more utensils, a toaster, wine key...) These are easy fixes that I am sure will be taken care of by the owner soon.
