About this villa rental
Unique & amazing 3 bedroom 5 bathroom villa w/ private pool in the new exclusive secured Kaybe community of Tulum. Next door to Jaguar National Park. This is an actual full home (no shared walls). Great location in Tulum, yet still quiet and peaceful with jungle surroundings. Located across from the Tulum ruins. You get access to private yoga architecture, jungle tower, gym, jogging trails and beautiful jungle parks with many more amenities. 15-minute bike ride to the beach and Tulum ruins.
The space:
Private yard with pool in fully walled back yard. Take in beautiful sounds and sites of the jungle from the 3rd floor patio. Walk a block to the amazing nature park with one-of-a-kind architectural structures and 7 story tower with views of the Mayan ruins and the ocean.
The gated community offers 24 hours security, parking, reception, events room, sundecks, semi-Olympic pool, children’s pool, paddle courts, social area, terrace, snack area, children’s area, changing rooms, jogging track, gym, yoga room.
House has water filtering, water softener & reverse osmosis. No more damaged hair.

Property was right size for 4 adults and 3 children. Everyone loved the community pool, the gym, the yoga structures, and walking about the neighborhood. Location was convenient to Tulum and all activities there. Owner was quick to respond to any queries.

This lovely villa is as beautiful as the pictures in the listing! My partner, two teenagers, and I stayed there for 6 nights and had (thankfully!) great weather. We were pleased with the privacy and security of the location and used our rental car for trips to the beach, stores, cenotes, and ruins. The villa is spacious and comfortable with all the necessities at hand. We absolutely loved having our own pool at the end of a hot beach day! I'd love to stay here again and highly recommend this location!

The positive about this rental was location, security, water purification and communication with problems from the owner. The downside was photos of property where not current and did not show current condition of backyard, outdoor furniture (lack there of), as well as cleanliness of indoor living room furniture. The amenities need to be updated as there were many things listed and shown in pictures as available that where not.
