This recently updated and roomy 2/2 end unit is located just across from the beach, at the Beach View Condominiums. 1184 sq ft of a/c living space with a screened lanai and lush garden views. Sunny windows on three sides. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and a partial view of the Gulf's blue horizon and palm trees from this tropical retreat. Restaurants and shops are a 2-minute drive or pleasant 1/2 mile walk. Recent renovation includes new plank flooring throughout including the lanai, granite kitchen countertop and new sink/faucet, glass tile backsplash, new washing machine, refrigerator, range, dishwasher and fresh white glazing of both the shower and the tub. Two large walk in closets. The great room is highlighted by a super comfy leather electric reclining couch and reclining easy chair. This is a sparkling clean condo. California King in the master and a Queen, with a desk in the second bedroom, with linens and towels provided. 3 TVs, cable/wifi, security system, a fully stocked kitchen and the usual beachside supplies are included. A new full-size washing machine and dryer are inside the unit. A large pool, tennis and Pickleball Court, community room, and grills under tiki huts are available on the premises. Come and enjoy this quaint and cheerful paradise. A leisurely 7-minute stroll to a public beach access point. Rental includes one reserved parking spot, plus multiple guest parking spots. Note-This is a second-floor walk-up unit with no elevator. There are electric hurricane/storm shutters and impact resistant sliders. This condo had no damage from Hurricane Ian.
Property owner pays for all utilities including electric, water, cable, monitored security system and resident's fees for use of the amenities such as the pool, grills and tennis/pickleball court.

We loved our stay at this condo! It was exactly as pictured, spacious & comfortable. Our host Kevin was very responsive, he took care of a couple issues we had immediately. Washer & dryer were a plus! Location was perfect, a 10-15 min walk to the beach. We enjoyed peaceful evenings sitting on the screened lanai. We hope to stay again next year!

This beautiful condo is very well decorated and spacious. You can enjoy a beach view from kitchen and dinning room.
Condo owner, Kevin, is an outstanding man who waited for me with a welcome package for us. He is an effective communicator and responded within few minutes. He kept us aware of local events and local area information.
This condo is very spacious and very open layout with a huge balcony that allows you to enjoy sunset over the beach from balcony.
This condo is equipped with lot of high end appliance and lots of kitchen accessories that it is beyond an average family will ever need. Neighbors are very friendly and respectful. Tennis and Swimming pool is definitely a big plus to relax and enjoy time in evening on days that you want to take a break from Sunny Marco Island Beach.
Overall, Thank you Kevin for sharing this serene condo with us, and this condo is definitely 5-Star. Our family enjoyed our vacation in peaceful area. We are definitely looking forward to visit and stay at this gorgeous condo.
