This 10-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom complex is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 10000 sq. ft. The residence has a private pool, is walking distance to the beach and is a few minutes' drive from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)
The complex is composed by two villas, one with 6 bedrooms and one with 4 bedrooms, a few minutes' walk to each other, and steps from the sandy beach of Playa Laguna.
