Great place to stay with friends or large family, with numerous and comfortable space for everybody. Tim’s place was impeccable when we got there, and the check in process was super smooth and easy. The condo is 3 mins away from the lifts, which are never busy, but can only go down blues so be mindful if there are some beginners in the group. He was super helpful and the communication was over the top. The place looks even better than the pictures! Highly recommended.

Walk to Silver Star lift is nice. The hot tub, ski rack, place to change your boots, and well stocked kitchen were all enjoyed. Would stay here again.

We got fresh powder every day! Great location, with a great restaurant (Silver Star Cafe) within walking distance. Both the main lift and Silver Star are walkable, but shuttles work great as well. You don't need a car, but the place comes with parking passes if you want to rent a car which is nice. The room/bed layouts were perfect as we had two families, and the hottub was a nice touch. And finally the owner was super responsive with questions as it was our first time in Park City.
