After a two year hiatus, we are opening up our home to VRBO once again, this winter and look forward to hosting you, your friends, family and well behaved pets!

Enjoy a getaway to Park City in this spacious, modern and well appointed home! This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house with a large fenced yard comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Our home is in the new Silver Creek Village neighborhood approximately 15 minutes from ski resorts, several hiking trails & mountain biking paths and the charming downtown.

ABOUT OUR HOME
Every room is light and bright with abundant natural light throughout the day. The spacious family room with modern fireplace, dining area, and an open kitchen featuring a large island is ideal for entertaining. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need, including a Cuisinart coffee maker and coffee.
The lower level hosts a TV room with board games and puzzles plus a large smart TV with an entertainment system for your enjoyment, bedroom with two full beds, and a full bathroom. The sectional in the downstairs living room can be arranged to make a bed ideal for children and young adults comfortably sleeping 2 people.
Upstairs are three bedrooms; a primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two guest rooms sharing a full bathroom, laundry room and an equipped workspace. The primary suite features a king-size bed, bathroom with a walk in shower as well as a soaking tub, large walk-in closet, and dual sinks.

Amenities
The home is appointed with towels, bed linens, and other essentials. Extra toilet paper in every bathroom. Extra blankets in the bedroom closets and extra towels in the linen closets.
High-end kitchen stocked with cookware, salt & pepper, cooking oil, and coffee.
High speed Fiber Wi-Fi.
Parking for up to 4 cars - 2 garage, 2 driveway (please do not block sidewalks)

Getting Around
The home is within 15 min driving distance to the Canyons and Park City resorts that have guest parking available.
If you prefer not to drive Uber, Lyft and High Valley Transit (Park City’s free of cost micro-transit facility) are available.
There is a new bus route one street over from our home that will also connect you to the rest of Park City.

Guest access
Guests can access every part of the home except for a storage closet and utility room in the basement.

Pet Policy
Pets may be allowed on the property at host’s discretion and will incur an additional $150 cleaning fee. We ask that you ensure no pet har remains on the furniture, a vacuum cleaner is available for your convenience. Additionally, we ask that all pet messes are cleaned up immediately with appropriate cleaning materials. Additionally, pets may not be left unattended in the home at any time.

Please note this home is in an area where some homes are still being built, there may be construction dust outside and some noise during the day.
