About this house rental
Do you need to get out of the hustle and bustle of city life, relax, unwind and recharge with your family or friends? Come enjoy our country home surrounded by beautiful natural greenery and blue skies in a lovely quiet area. Our lovely neighbours are at a distance - wave or say hi if you wish.
You will get a great nights rest in our super comfy memory foam beds, with block out curtains in all our bedrooms. There is minimal traffic on our windy country road.
Two full bathrooms and the master comes with a super sized jetted tub. Nest Central Heating/AC can be adjusted to your liking so please make yourselves comfortable.
If you need to work while staying with us, we have a desk, chair and fast Wi-Fi.
65” TV in the living room free view and you are welcome to bring your own streaming passwords if you want to.
Please note: there is only one tv at this time.
Enjoy our cute little Tea & Coffee Bar and if you prefer home cooked meals, our spacious kitchen has just about every amenity you would need. There is a spacious pantry to store all your food and drink supplies. No need to bring bottled water with you - we change the refrigerator filter regularly, so the water tastes so good!!
7 steps from the back door lead down to a private yard and our luxurious 5 person Spa. This Hot Tub is available to our booked guests ONLY, throughout the year at no extra cost. Please be aware of our house rules posted in the pictures and inside our home, for jacuzzi usage. You AGREE to our rules if you use the Hot Tub and do so at your own risk - we are not responsible or liable for any injuries. Please do not unplug or turn off the hot tub at the wall, only turn off on the screen as this enables the auto circulation.
Our private backyard patio has a gas BBQ and seating. You will find BBQ utensils, olive oil and spices in our kitchen, to the left of the oven. We ask that you please clean the BBQ after use and please ensure the propane is turned off.
There is also a fire pit - please bring your own wood. The occasional critter may wander into the yard ~ it’s the country! Please do not leave children unattended.
Location of our home is approximately 20 mins from Clarkesville, 25 mins from Dickson, and 60 mins from Nashville. We have off street parking for up to 4 vehicles. The garage is not available for use.
Convenient Food Lyon grocery store and family owned Central Pizza (GF options are available here) are close by.
There is a limited supply of products for your use, that we do not replenish during your stay, so please account for this for longer stays.
Natural cleaning products are used to clean our property, except for the laundering and the Jacuzzi.
Under no circumstances do we allow parties. No smoking, vaping, illegal drugs or excessive drinking allowed inside the premises. Please do not smoke in doorways ~ there will be a charge of $500 if cigarette smoke is detected in the home.
Keep all noise levels to a minimum, taking care not to disturb our wonderful neighbours, especially if coming or going late at night or early mornings.
We ask that your respect our home and report any damage’s immediately. Please do not take any items from our home.

House was just as listed. You can see the neighbors houses but they were very quiet. The whole area was quiet and relaxing. Privacy fence around back yard but you still have a nice view off in the distance. Honestly nothing to complain about. Host kept in contact and I feel as if we needed anything they would have done what they could have. Thanks!

We rented this home to attend a wedding in Indian Mound, Tenn. This home is about 30 minutes from Clarksville but it is a very easy drive. The house itself was clean and well-supplied. There are plenty of dishes and cooking items. The linens and such were clean and plentiful. The house is very comfortable and well-appointed.
The property itself needed to be mowed but it didn't deter us or appear entirely unkept. The hot tub was not turned on prior to our arrival. The electric box, if closed, forces the main switch to the off position. So, we had to turn it on and get it up to temperature. There were no (visible) chemicals or cleaners but the water seemed clean enough.
The hosts are very responsive and friendly. With attention to the few little issues, this house can be a great choice for people who want to be close to Clarksville but in a more private and remote area.

This was a great place to stay. It was about an hour from Nashville and a half hour from Clarksville. It was secluded enough for us with teenagers. The hot tub helped with “boredom”. The hosts were helpful when we had questions. They were very nice to communicate with. There was a surprise animal down the road which was pretty cool.
