On the lower level of the upper apartment, there is an entryway and a comfortable, well-equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and freezer, an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, and a toaster.
On this floor, there is also a terrace accessible from the kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and the staircase leading to the bedrooms on the upper floor.
The upper floor features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 with double beds, 1 with 3 single beds). There is also a common room with a pull-out sofa for 2 people, a TV, and board games.
Two of the rooms each have a balcony with a panoramic view of Lake Balaton, while the other two rooms have direct access to the garden. On this floor, there are two bathrooms with showers and toilets.
Guests can park their cars for free in the spacious front yard.
