Welcome to Wilmot Avenue Retreat, a charming and comfortable home nestled in the heart of Frankton. Just a short five-minute walk from Lake Wakatipu, you’ll have easy access to beautiful walking and cycling tracks right on your doorstep.
With spacious indoor and outdoor areas, this home is perfect for families or groups looking to relax, unwind, and enjoy everything Queenstown has to offer. The sun-soaked garden provides the ideal spot to relax, while the generous living spaces make it easy to spend quality time together.

The open-plan living area is perfect for connecting and socialising, creating an easy flow between spaces. There’s also a separate living room that can be closed off making it ideal for quieter moments, whether you’re reading a book or playing the vintage piano.

Step outside into your own private oasis, surrounded by the natural beauty of Queenstown. With ample seating and a barbecue, it’s perfect for effortless al fresco dining and relaxed outdoor moments.
The generous lawn provides plenty of space for backyard cricket or for children to run and play. For the cooler months, there’s also the option to hire a hot tub, what an ideal way to unwind after a day on the mountain!

Perfectly positioned on Wilmot Avenue, this home offers convenient access to everything you need. The airport is just a 13-minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive away, while a selection of shops, eateries, and a supermarket are all within a 10-minute walk.
For ski enthusiasts, The Remarkables ski field entrance is only a 10-minute drive, making mountain days effortless. Nearby favourites include a visit to Country Lane for boutique shopping, followed by lunch or dinner at Sundays. For a slower start to the day, enjoy a scenic lakeside walk to The Boat Shed Cafe.

It has variety of shops, restaurants and supermarkets, making it one of the perfect and most convenient areas to stay. Queenstown's airport is also located in Frankton 13 minutes walk from the home.

This property is situated in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor's by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.
In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply:
No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor's or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping maintain a pleasant environment for everyone in the neighborhood.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was in the perfect location, close enough to down town yet far enough away. We loved the back yard and felt very relaxed. My only down fall was thw cinstructuoon happening at the neighbors back yard. They have covered the entire house with white wrap and it takes up most of your view which i wasnt expecting. Other than the tent, we loved our stay!

Great location. Close to airport Outside of the craziness and traffic of Queenstown but only 10 minutes away. Great food shopping and coffee nearby. House is amazing. Very clean, spacious, great for families.
