This is the perfect mountain cabin getaway property for you and your group! People always say, "Location, Location, Location" and this is in the heart of the art district.

The Space:
Great for multiple families and large gatherings of friends. This booking consists of both neighboring units in a duplex which can sleep 23 folks. It sits right in the center of the art district in Gatlinburg! Yes that's right, you get 2 full units with this listing (2 kitchens, 2 sets of washers and dryers, 4 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms). Each unit is a two story condo which each have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One unit has a game room with a foosball table and a dart board, and the other unit has additional sleeping arrangements in the common area (with a full sleeper sofa and another twin sleeper sofa). So - the 2 units together can sleep a total of 22 people in beds! There are 3 large decks on each unit that look over the Great Smoky Mountains. The master bedroom has its own deck and has a magnificent marble and solid wood bedroom set, the living room has a deck, and the two bedrooms and the game room downstairs are all attached to a large deck. There are two off street parking spaces per unit (4 total), and a third space per unit can be requested and approved with an additional parking fee by the Property Manager.
